Basically we have two types of shipping methods we use, depend on the size of the order, volume and destination.

SMALL ORDERS

Parcels are sent D.D.U. (Delivered Duty Unpaid) by:

1. UPS

2. DHL

We send small parcels (about 5 kg) almost all around EU for 20 EUR. Usually it takes 2-5 working days

LARGE ORDERS

Large volume orders are sent C.P.T. (Carriage Paid to) by air cargo to the destination airport (closest to customers location). Customer can pick up the parcel on the airport by himself or by an agent. Customer pays eventual import taxes and clearance in his country. Time of delivery depends on destination country and takes from 2-3 working days.

Before sending a parcel customer is informed about shipping costs, time and conditions.
You can always choose your own shipping company.
